With a committed Board of Directors, the corporate governance organisation implemented by the Group, backed up by internal control procedures, has proven its worth. Special attention is paid to employee safety and risk prevention. An in-depth review of skills-related challenges and management was also introduced by the Group, together with a greater emphasis on labour dialogue.
