 ISO 9001 version 2008 certification (management system for quality) for Cenpac's entire "distribution and marketing of packaging products and systems" business

 

                       

 

 

 As far as possible, Cenpac selects suppliers based on compliance with standards (certification, environmental, suitability of products for contact with foods) ; i.e. PEFC certified natural kraft papers

 

Compliance with the European REACH regulation.
As a distributor, Cenpac appeals to all its suppliers to ensure that they are registered at the European Agency.

 

 Development of environmentally friendly products

 

Packaging made from recycled material
 Example: garbage sacks made of recycled polythene

 

Packaging made from natural and renewable resources
 Examples: natural kraft paper, corn starch or potato starch-based sacks, plating particles designed from corn or potato starch, PLA packaging (plant-based polymer), plates made of plant fibre (from sugarcane or reed)

 

 

 

 

 

Chemical-free products that require very few fossil resources
 Examples: washboardings, paper document pouches made of paper pulp bleached without chlorine

 

 

Biodegradable products, packaging that enables waste management through reuse or recycling
 Examples: biodegradable sacks, reusable carrier sacks, biodegradable suspender sacks, garbage sacks made of paper, oxo-biodegradable bubble wraps

 

Packaging that reduces waste generation
 Examples: prestretched pallet films

 

Ecolabel certified products
 Examples: PEFC certified paper and Natural Kraft paper sacks, FSC label paper cups, OK COMPOST HOME certified PLA food packaging
