The Executive Committee (Comex) encompasses all the managing directors of the divisions, the Human resources director, the Chief financial officer and the Director of Innovation and International Development. Chaired by the Group's CEO, the Executive Committee meets on a monthly basis to review the divisions (results and outlook), coordinate cross-functional initiatives, control proper implementation of the general policy and strategies for each division and contribute to strategic planning.
